The old SEO, or the present techniques in SEO, is purely based on keywords.
If I myself searched for “tea shops near me,” search engines like Google would show the best, exact, and accurate information based on the keyword.
But what if I searched for “The Best Chai or Coffee Shops Near [keyword changes]” and the results also changed? This is the difference you can see in SEO.
At present, search engine optimization is based on AI, NLP, and vector search. Hence, Google or the search engines understand the context and the inner meaning of what the user has imagined, not the exact keyword.
Example:
“Teashops Near” = “The Best Chai or Coffee Shops Nearby”
Now, for Google or search engines, both mean the same.
